Our client, a Toowoomba based financial planner, is seeking a part-Time Administrator to for their team. On offer is a tight-knit office environment, where a level-headed, experienced administrator is needed to cope with the daily administrative pressures and support the team. This will not only mean completing all day-to-day administration tasks but also providing support to all/other staff.
As an experienced administrator you will be able to cope with the many competing interests and deadlines, but above all that thrive in this environment. You will be willing to be the face of the business, by attending to any reception needs and client service as well as assisting with higher level financial planning documentation.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Coordination and diary management, as well as allocation of appointments and correspondence;
- Opening and closing of files, general filing for the office and administration assistance for financial planners; and
- Acting as the first point of contact at the front reception, for all incoming calls and enquires.
To be considered for this role, you will have administration experience in the professional services field and preferably some exposure to the finance industry. Ideally, you will have high level computer skills and those with MS Office and Outlook experience will hit the ground running. Above and beyond the technical aspects of the role you will have an efficient yet welcoming persona, goal orientated outlook and the ability to deal with difficult clients independently when needed.
