Form of workWe are looking for two energetic Medical Receptionists to join our team on a casual or Part Time basis.

- Attention to detail, accuracy and critical timeframes
- Competent user of the Microsoft office suite of products
- Knowledge of Medical Director and PracSoft would be beneficial
What the job entails:
- All aspects of reception duties (booking appointments, answering phone calls/message taking, processing payments)
- Administration duties (mail, scanning, filing, email correspondence)
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by practitioners or management

You will be employed under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 as a Support Services employee—level 3 and will be provided with comprehensive training in the position. Hourly rate is negotiable dependent upon suitability and experience.
