Part-Time Education Assistants & After Kindy Care Coordinator

Jamboree Community Kindergarten are seeking Early Childhood Educators passionate about play-based learning to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity. The roles available are;

• Education Assistant - 2 Roles available, 5 day fortnight rotational roster, ability to work from 8.00 am - 5.30 pm (paid break included) is highly desirable, however if we are able to secure an After Kindy Care Coordinator, your hours will be 7.45 am - 3.20 pm. Minimum Diploma qualified or be working towards this qualification. Please specify your availability in your application.

• After Kindy care Coordinator - 5 days per week, 2.00pm - 5.30pm. Must be minimum Diploma qualified.

Jamboree Community Kindergarten is a well-resourced kindergarten offering beautiful and well-maintained grounds with natural play areas and a nurturing, stimulating and educational centre with an aesthetically pleasing environment for children to play, interact and learn with other children, parents, and educators. 

JCK runs in line with school terms, meaning we close over the school holidays, allowing time for our team to rest and enjoy well-deserved family time over the break, before returning for the new term fresh and ready to educate enthusiastic young minds!

To thrive and succeed in the Educator position, you will have the following:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or be working towards this
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
