MTK Building is a Company that provides building & building maintenance services to Social Housing Groups and Government throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
We have a newly created position for a Part Time admin person (2-3 days per week 9:30am - 2pm) to assist in job scheduling and day to day job and time management. Assist in invoicing of clients using our Xero accounting system.
Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must have administration experience.
- Scheduling using Service M8 Experience is a distinct advantage.
- Have experience with raising invoices within Xero or another software package that can integrate with Xero will be an advantage.
- Must have good MS Word and MS Excell skills.
- Any Project Management software experience is an advantage but not required.
- Be a fast learner
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting in advising field staff on job and job locations
- Assisting with report writing and editing
- Assisting with Job creation - Job completion - Job Invoicing
- Assisting with project management administration of projects in being completed to ensure completion of works in a timely manner.
