We have several positions for casual, part-time Payroll supporting our Cast, Crew, and Extras Payrolls on numerous current Film & TV productions.
If you have not worked with Film Industry payroll before we will happily offer training to bring you up to speed
Our office is based at Disney Studios in the Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park, a 5-minute walk to the light rail. There is parking available in the EQ.

Qualifications & experience
- Aptitude and attitude will always outweigh specific experience but we do need solid experience with Payroll
- Common sense and a great sense of humour!
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar would be great but accuracy and speed are our priorities.
- A strong curiosity to learn how the business and the Film & TV industry work will lead to a permanent part/or full-time within our team in Payroll or other Production related roles.
Main Tasks/Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing Payroll – Cast, Crew, and Extras for internal and external clients/projects. Keep across new legislation impacting payroll.
- Liaise with team/client to appropriately manage their expectations
- Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- High level of accuracy and speed of data entry
- Resolve issues related to payroll processing
- Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
- Interact and cooperate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers, and clients/customers
- Participate in training programs as offered for continued development
- Ensure understanding of the client's use of the software and be clear on company policy regarding client and EP responsibilities.
- Work with the team to test and understand new features in the software
- Ad hoc duties as required by your manager to fulfill business requirements
