Great opportunity to join a well-established chartered accountancy firm based in Kogarah. This role is a temporary role with view to becoming permanent for the right candidate. This can be a full-time or part-time position for the right candidate.
Your new role
This role manages reception/front of house and is responsible for undertaking the day-to-day administrative duties that facilitate the smooth running of the office. Duties include:
- Answer the telephone in a professional and friendly manner
- Typing of documentation
- Maintain meeting rooms/ managing meeting room diaries
- Processing invoices
- Collating financial statements
- Liasing with ATO and other government bodies
- Preparation of reports
- Order couriers, keeping accurate records of all orders
- Update information, noticeboards in reception and around the office
- Manage all in-house catering requirements
- Order and maintain stationary across the office
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a reception role will lead you to success, as will:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Must have previous experience working within a chartered accountancy firm
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident using IT systems with the ability to pick up in-house software
