We have an exciting opportunity for a Dual Role - Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent to join our team at I-MED Radiology Hornsby with occassional travel to our Chatswood clinic. The position is a full time, permanent position with 7.5 hour shifts scheduled Monday - Friday between the core hours of 6:45am-9pm.

Role Overview:
As a Dual Role - Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you'll be the friendly face at our clinic reception desk and the voice on the other end of the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
Medical Receptionist Duties:
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Contact Centre Agent Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist patients with general inquiries, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Document call details accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in medical reception or call centre roles is advantageous.
Desired Traits:
- Empathy and patience when dealing with patients over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills to manage both reception and call centre responsibilities.
