Based in the northern suburbs of Sydney we are a well established supplier of European food processing equipment into the meat, cheese and fish industries with a national reach in the Australian market.
We are seeking a dependable and well presented person to be our customer's first point of contact with our business and a key part of our AP and AR team.
The role is full-time, permanent and an immediate start is possible.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be required to:
Ensure all activities meet or exceed the quality expectations of our customers and the organisation.
Greet all visitors to the site and direct them to the appropriate employee
Greet all phone callers to reception and direct them to the appropriate employee
Receiving customer's phone orders and entering them into our ERP system
AP invoice reconciliation and AR credit control duties
Manage despatch and receipt of mail both letters & packages
File all accounts payable documentation
Stock take stationery and purchase where appropriate
Perform general administrative tasks as directed
About You
You will need to be customer focused, reliable and efficient, Proficient in MS Office with a good understanding of accounting principals
Applicants must currently be resident in Australia and must be either an Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights.
