A fast-paced, varied, and exciting opportunity has become available for a temporary Receptionist to join a leading business within the healthcare/insurance space. Based in gorgeous offices in Sydney’s bustling CBD, the culture of the firm is welcoming, dynamic, and incredibly fun!
This is a part-time role working 2 days/week - Thursdays & Fridays from 8am to 5pm. If you are a university student, or looking to supplement other part-time work, this could be perfect for you. It is an ongoing contract, with the last employee being there for 2 years.
The Responsibility
Acting as the first point of contact for all employees, clients, and guests, your daily duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors, acting as the warm and welcoming face of the business;
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails;
- Setting up access passes and being a point of contact for all employees;
- Coordinating events, workplace initiatives, and catering;
- Providing admin support to internal teams;
- Upholding the company image and foster general happiness within the team!
You will have at least 6-18 months' experience as a Receptionist, Office Coordinator, Workplace Ambassador, or within Customer Service in a corporate setting. Warm, friendly, and bubbly in nature, you will be a welcoming presence into the office with a lovely phone and in-person manner. Attention to detail and strong MS Office Suite skills are essential for this role.
