Pay: $80K-90K base + Commission ($200,000 OTE)

We are looking for a dynamic BDM to come into our business and grow our referral channels for mortgage broking. So what does this mean? It means you need to get out there and build out lead sources to feed back to the business. This could be accountants, lawyers, real estate agents… you name it. There will be aggressive performance targets but you will be rewarded handsomely for meeting them. Bonuses will be paid quarterly based on targets being met.
The ideal candidate will be sales orientated with a catch & kill mindset. They will be on the phones or on the road building our brand and representing us in the best way possible. We want to build exclusive referral channels with partners who provide lead to feed back to our mortgage brokers. We are ideally looking for someone that already has established networks. There is also the opportunity for you to be a mortgage broker also (if you have the qualifications) and write your own deals on the side as extra income.
