The Opportunity:

The Parts Support and Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing the business units reporting requirements, identifying areas for improvement and liaising with stakeholders for corrective actions.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support the broader parts team, assisting with on-going and ad-hoc requests for information and insights.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to understand & deliver to their requirements.
  • Design, maintain and improve existing supply chain reporting templates including supplier performance, Warehouse efficiency / accuracy and Inventory utilisation for Wholesale and Retail.
  • Development of business focused dashboards.
  • Prepare reporting on key metrics at required intervals.
  • Manipulate and present data accurately & effectively to stakeholders.
  • Identifying emerging issues, pinpointing areas of opportunity for improvement
  • Assist the National Inventory Management Team with Vendor returns in line with Inventory optimisation projects
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain departmental policies and procedures as required by quality assurance.
  • Prepare documentation for internal / external auditing requirements as required.
  • Report on any DoA discrepancies and corrective actions
  • Monitor and report on company HSE activities.
  • Maintain and develop departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
