Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, with experience in restaurants. Certificate III or IV in Patisserie is desirable, however relevant work experience will be considered. Full Australian work rights are essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Preperation and service of desserts, bread & pastry
- Contribute with ordering
- Organising cleaning, and upkeep of section and restaurant
- Responsible for week to week running of pastry section
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Punctual and hard-working
- Team player and supportive of a culture of teamwork
