Continental Patisserie is a successful well-known manufacturer, based in Silverwater, supplying high-end desserts and pastries nationally to Australian Hotels, Catering and Function Centers.
This is a unique opportunity for a qualified and skilled Pastry Chef/Baker to join our team or possibly lead the team in producing quality desserts, cakes and pastries to meet the needs of the Australian market. Working shifts that we are hiring for are:
Monday to Friday 5.30am to 1.30pm
Monday to Friday 2.30pm to 10.30pm
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Proficient in the production of Dough sheeting and like products.
Breads, cakes, slices, biscuits, pastries
Experience in weighing and mixing product.
A proven ability for consistency in large volumes
High Standard of hygiene and presentation
