About therole:
We arelooking for a qualified and experienced Pastry Chef to join our very dedicated team.You must be able to work autonomously, but also to direct other less qualifiedteam members.
Please note: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to do a skills test.
Successfulcandidates’ attributes:
- Musthave experience with various pastry processes and product production (especiallyviennoiserie production)
- Previousexperience leading, building, training and mentoring a pastry team would be anadvantage
- Excellentfinishing skills and attention to detail
- Effectivecommunication skills with and upbeat personality
- Teamplayer who has a can-do attitude with the ability to work co-operatively withboth managers and team members
- HAACPand a Food Safety Supervisors Certificate
- Professionalreferences essential
