Duties:
Create and bake a daily array of fresh, authentic Lebanese pastries.
Follow recipes meticulously to ensure consistent product quality and portioning, maintaining the freshness and speed of service.
Produce a range of cakes and sweets.
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages of stocked items and unprepared goods, contributing to precise ordering to meet the demands of service and production.
Craft various pastry fillings for the diverse pastry selection.
Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook, demonstrating a passion for the craft.
Profound knowledge of food, ingredients, and confectionery.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ability to prioritize tasks and excel under pressure in a fast-paced bakery setting.
