Numbering over 1000 staff, our Registration and Licensing (R&L) division significantly contributes to ensuring Victorians are safe on our roads by providing professional customer services, policy advice and specialist services to our customers.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Transactional Services Manager, the Payment Services Officer resolves and finalises payments and payment issues from customers for R&L products and services.
About you
The skills and experience required in the position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide accurate and appropriate information through multiple delivery channels• Establish and resolve customer queries in a timely manner• Exercise professional judgement to provide relevant information in accordance with policies and procedures• Ability to adapt to changes in work practices to support innovation and continuous improvement
