Water Dynamics, which has been a leading provider of irrigation services in Australia for over 30 years, has now joined the Envirada Group of companies. As a result of the acquisition, Water Dynamics is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Sydney CBD
In this role a sound understanding of accounting principles, experience in the use of ERP accounting systems and have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, and specifically MS Excel.
Join our finance team and support a diverse range of tasks, help drive process and system improvements and get involved in the integration of Water Dynamics into the Envirada Group.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing of payroll (Weekly/Monthly)
- Maintaining personal and annual leave, overtime and producing accurate and timely payroll reports. Sage ESS Micropay experience desirable.
- Processing supplier invoices & credit notes.
- Preparing payment plans and processing payments.
- Liaising with branches and suppliers and resolving issues / disputes.
- Building and maintaining solid supplier relationships.
- Ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled in a timely manner.
- Updating supplier database and assist with reporting.
- Scanning and file management.
- General ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- 3+ years experience in a full function Accounts Payable role.
- Able to adapt to Accounts Payable modules across ERP system.
- Experience in AP automation. RAPIDap experience Desirable
- Intermediate MS Office and strong data entry skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and
suppliers. - Exposure to multi-branch network environment will be highly regarded.
