Job Description The Payroll and Accounts Officer position will primarily be responsible for all transactional finance duties as required within the day to day operations. More specifically, this will include: Managing of end to end Payroll using Xero, including managing PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, reporting, and reconciliation requirements. Manage Accounts Payable, ensuring that suppliers and sub-contractors are paid within agreed terms. Maintenance of financial records, including monthly reports for Directors. Reconciliation of Accounts. Preparation of Management reports within agreed time frames.
