Your New Company
You will be working for a national manufacturing and production brand who are well recognised across Australia. They are looking for a part time Payroll Manager to lead the way with in-housing the Payroll system and to develop new processes. You will work with a collaborative and friendly team, who offer an excellent benefits package and salary.
You new role
You will be reporting in to the CFO and complete the below duties:
- Processing Payroll for 210 Employees
- Weekly and monthly Pay runs
- Bring ADP Payforce in house and prepare the project to make this happen
- ADP Payforce and Kronos
- Manage 1 member of staff that you will be recruiting for
- Process improve and development
- Run a Kronos upgrade
- Run through a full Health and compliance check
- Analyse and review current process and document processes
- Work with different stakeholders to develop a strategy
- 3 enterprise agreements
- Reporting, reconciliations, forecasting
- Identify key deadlines to work with
- Take full ownership of the payroll function
- Work with the outsourced provider to bring the systems in house
What you need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a Payroll Manager role, have used ADP Payforce or Kronos. Have experience with implementing a new system, in-housing a system or upgrading a system. Be able to take ownership for a Payroll process and lead this through the business.
