Job Title: Payroll Manager
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 + super (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage the end-to-end payroll process.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
- Ensure compliance in all payroll activities.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax returns and other required documentation to government agencies.
- Administer and maintain the payroll system, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with organisational needs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, deductions, and tax-related questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data and seamless onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Generate and analyse payroll reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager within a medium-to-large company.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using payroll software (ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
