The Opportunity

• Weekly and fortnightly processing of casual on-hire and permanent payrolls and all ancillary tasks associated with this.
• Compilation, reconciliation and processing of payroll journals to the General Ledger.
• Reconciliation of superannuation and statutory obligations.
• Process the pay runs within the relevant payroll system, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Understand the client invoicing process so as to be able to recognise discrepancies and troubleshoot solutions as appropriate.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders, both internal and external, responding to all enquiries within a 24-hour maximum timeframe.
