About the Role
As one of our Payroll Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding business solutions. Your expertise in payroll processing will not only ensure accuracy and efficiency but also contribute to our clients' success. You'll join a team dedicated to supporting businesses to streamline their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive payroll duties for a diverse clientele, from small enterprises to corporations with over a thousand employees.
- Foster seamless collaboration with our HR team to ensure accurate employee lifecycle management in the payroll system.
- Serve as a primary contact for client enquiries, delivering exceptional service and support for payroll-related issues.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance payroll processes and systems, aligning with our commitment to innovation and efficiency.
- New system set ups and client onboarding.
About you
You are a great communicator and have exceptional customer service skills. You are a natural problem solver and have a knack for technology, especially cloud-based systems. You'll proactively support clients, by identifying solutions to streamline and enhance their payroll processes.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a payroll processing role.
- Proficiency with cloud-based payroll systems.
- Thorough knowledge of payroll, modern awards, and the National Employment Standards (NES).
- A passion for collaborating with business owners to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
