Due to restructure, the organisation are currently looking for a Payroll Officer to join their supportive team on a permanent part-time position.
Duties
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Processing weekly payroll across Australia and New Zealand
- Weekly payrun for 300+ Employees
- Working closely with the Payroll Team Lead to review payroll processes
- Extract data from the Time and Attendance
- Interpretation of Award's
- Working closely with the outsourced payroll vendor
- Trouble shooting payroll queries
- Assisting with process improvements
- Assisting with month end payrun when needed
- Prior experience within a similar Payroll Officer position
- Large company background experience essential
- Prior experience using large ERP systems highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team-based environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
