Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination:
Collaborate closely with managers to facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Documentation Management:
Efficiently coordinate all aspects of documentation, from onboarding to offboarding employees, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Policy Development and Maintenance:
Contribute to the development, improvement, and implementation of People and Culture policies, procedures, forms, templates, and standard letters.
Administrative System Establishment:
Review, establish, and maintain effective administrative and electronic filing systems, promoting organisational efficiency.
Employee Record Maintenance:
Update and maintain employee records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our People and Culture databases.
Training Support:
Identify and support training needs, actively participating in the delivery of training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Wellbeing Support:
Provide support for health, safety, and well-being requirements, fostering a positive and healthy workplace.
Project Collaboration:
Assist the Lead, People and Culture, and the Manager, People and Employee Relations with relevant projects, contributing your expertise to organisational initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field desirable.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment coordination and HR documentation management.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
