Due to an internal career development opportunity, we are seeking to appoint a skilled and confident communicator to provide guidance, support and advice as the People and Culture (P&C) Administrator to the Talent and Organisational Development Team (TOD), and the Talent Acquisition Team (TA).
You will join a team that is purpose driven with a great team mindset, where you will be required to be proactive, adaptable and establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Organisational Development & Learning, this role primarily supports learning, talent, and development activities, as well as onboarding as part of talent acquisition. Further, the role provides some general administrative support across the broader People & Culture team. Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the administration of learning and development activities and sessions encompassing bookings, calendar invites, liaising with facilitators, travel arrangements, set up and pack down of training, catering, delivery of training materials (hard and soft copies), updating employee training records and providing support for the creation of course content and branding.
- Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new and current employees at UOW. The role maintains the onboarding checklists making sure content is relevant and up to date, sharing relevant onboarding information with P&C teams.
- Responding to enquiries through the P&C Help Desk, phone, and email, and assist with general administration duties, while participating in continuous improvement and development of processes and procedures.
