Due to an internal promotion we have a rare opportunity for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team. As our P&C Admin you will be responsible for employee administration, P&C systems data entry, general assistance to support the P&C function nationally.
This is a full time 6 month max-term contract with the opportunity for extension and will be in a hybrid flexible working environment 2-3 days WFH.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain and update MNA rewards program
- Assist with payroll workflow process including employee changes, terminations & leave
- Coordinate and conduct exit and onboarding surveys
- Preparing documents such as employment offers and change of terms letters.
- Monitoring of the P&C inbox
- Ensuring confidentiality and accurate record keeping of personnel files, HR documentation, relevant HR systems, policies and procedures.
- Ownership of the MNA HRIS “MondeMe” (Elmo)

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and strong communication style
