The opportunity
  
Join our dynamic People and Culture team as a People and Culture Administrator at Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort. In this unique opportunity, you'll be working at the heart of a bustling ski resort while being an integral part of our centrally managed People and Culture team. This role is perfect for someone with great attention to detail, a digital native, and excellent interpersonal skills.

In this role you will support the People and Culture team in daily administrative tasks, collaborate online with the central team to ensure seamless HR operations, assist in organising employee engagement initiatives at the resort, manage documentation and digital records related to personnel matters, act as a liaison between on-site staff and the central People and Culture team.
  
  
What we’re looking for:  

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and a natural digital native (Employment Hero, Monday, JobAdder and Teams are our daily tools of trade).
  • Enthusiastic attitude and a passion for employee experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Prior HR experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Established on 1 October 2022, Alpine Resorts Victoria brings a sector-wide focus and strategic leadership to the management of Victoria’s six alpine resorts: Falls Creek, Lake Mountain, Mt Baw Baw, Mt Buller, Mt Hotham and Mt Stirling. Each resort provides a unique experience of Victoria’s beautiful and remote alpine landscapes. Together they play an important role in supporting regional communities by attracting over one million visitors a year and sustaining ten thousand jobs.
