Your Role:
You will work collaboratively with the Tabcorp People Partnering team to deliver Group and portfolio people strategies, solutions, and services. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the workforce and ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
This role is working directly with our onsite Operations team based in Granville 1-2 days per week.

Your team is instrumental in ensuring the employee experience is delivered via high-impact people strategies and activities. They are intrinsically linked to portfolio shaping and growth as trusted advisors and partners in achieving business strategies. Working closely with your team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Tabcorp's success.
What you'll do:
As a People Advisor at Tabcorp, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our workforce's experience and performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Initiative Support: Support a wide range of group-wide people initiatives and projects.
Policy Advice: Provide valuable generalist people policy advice and support in various areas, including performance management & Awards and Enterprise agreements.
Case Management: Assist and support leaders in managing performance and workplace issues, and where necessary, take the lead in conducting investigations.
Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Help leaders interpret awards and enterprise agreements to ensure compliance and minimise industrial or employee relations risks.
Data Analysis: Conduct data analytics on a range of people data sets to provide accurate and timely reports and insights to leaders and People & Culture partners.
Collaboration: Partner closely with our People & Culture Operations team to ensure data accuracy and resolution of any queries related to people data.
What you'll bring:
To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:
- A proven track record in a people advisory or HR generalist role, with a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- A good understanding of the industrial relations landscape, laws and regulations to align with Tabcorp legal requirements.
