Reporting to the Manager of People & Culture, your key focus will see you partnering with managers to deliver on successful recruitment outcomes. Your role will also support the Manager People and Culture in aligning our systems and practices, as well as establishing new initiatives that enable our strategic vision.

What you will do-
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional experience for both the candidate and People Managers.
- Provide comprehensive advice, support and assistance to internal customers relating to various human resource services and programs.
- Take responsibility for managing and assisting with projects within the People and Culture department, ensuring achievement of project goals.
- Offer insights and input into People and Culture initiatives in response to identified opportunities and organisation needs.
- Provide high level HR administration support to meet the needs of the department.
- Coordinate training sessions tailored to address HR program needs in and identified skill gaps within the organisation.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service by identifying and addressing the needs of customers within established timeframes.
- Assist in compiling relevant information and data to support the Manager People preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, corporate objectives and legislative requirements
What you will have-
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or commensurate demonstrated experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in either an internal or external recruitment function.
- Demonstrated generalist Human Resource experience in a diverse organisation.
- Proven ability to successfully consult with internal customers on complex business issues and provide consistent and credible advice/guidance.
- Knowledge of employment instruments.
- Ability to show initiative, work effectively under pressure and strong resilience
To be successful, a candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, submit a police clearance and submit a copy of relevant (desirable) qualifications upon request.
