What’s on offer?

We are looking to fill the role of a People & Culture Advisor to join our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services (FHIS) team. The role forms an integral part of the People & Culture team, which together support our Eastern Infrastructure Region of 400 employees across NSW. Our operational remit see engagement in an array of diverse work areas including asphalt and spray seal operations, road maintenance work, minor civil construction, quarries, asphalt production, laboratories, emulsion and speciality products. The position is based in Campbelltown, but to support managers effectively and to continue to develop and sustain strong internal and external relationships across the region, this position will require some regional travel.

Reporting directly to the Regional People & Culture Manager – Eastern Region (NSW) FHIS, you will utilise your experience as a People & Culture Advisor or a People & Culture Coordinator within a construction/mining/heavy industry environment to successfully partner with business units in your remit. You will provide day-to-day HR generalist support and advice in relation to employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, diversity/inclusion and HR policies & procedures. You will also influence and facilitate the use of best practice HR principles, driving change in a value and achievement-based culture. And so, the ability to engage, partner, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be the essential components of success in this role. Your experience in HR/IR business partnering and advisory experience will set you up for success, whilst exposure to Workday would be considered advantageous.
