The Role
Reporting to the National People & Culture Manager, you will act in as a true HR generalist and deliver people operations to both the Adelaide and Canberra offices for this commercial law firm.
You will be able to complete:
- Contribute to talent and performance management across the two offices
- Further develop and execute training and development initiatives
- Employment Relations matters
- Contribute ideas and initiative to national wellbeing projects
About You
You will have strong generalist HR experience, ideally from a professional services environment. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to be part of a team and hold exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to adapt, ensuring confidentially is held in the highest regard. You will be required to travel to Canberra periodically, so availability to travel interstate is a must.
