The Role:
This role is for a highly motivated person who has a passion for people. As the Onboarding Champion, you will work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the company culture. This role is fast-paced and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, liaising with stakeholders throughout the business. Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, this role will assist and coordinate with general HR duties, demonstrating initiative, attention to detail and organisation. This position is for a dedicated and accountable person with a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes with the support of the People & Culture team.
This position will be based in our Head Office at Fortitude Valley.
What You Need:
- Qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in managing priorities and delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Strong administration experience with a trusted ability to uphold strict levels of confidentiality
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Initiative, energy and drive
