The organisation is currently undergoing some exciting growth and requires a temporary HR Administrator to join the People team.
About the Role
Under the director of the HR Business Partner you will be providing high quality administrative support across all disciplines including learning & development, performance management and employee relations and work health and safety. The role is responsible for supporting day to day HR enquires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the on-boarding process for new starters;
- Support cyclical events such as performance reviews, recognition programs, and employee engagement, to enable a positive people experience;
- Support HR Business Partner with tracking Learning and Development activities and plans;
- Service excellence – ensure the highest standard of care and service excellence in daily activities; provide prompt assistance in line with our values; and, demonstrate professional, ethical and respectful behavior and teamwork at all times.
To be successful in this Coordinator opportunity, you will have some HR Coordinator experience with a can-do approach and eagerness to develop your HR skills and experience within a collaborative team.
You will possess:

- Collaborative and relationship focused in working within the P&C team.
- Adaptable with positive outcome focus.
- Confident and retains focus on activities to completion.
