A rare and attractive opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our highly successful People & Culture Team as a People & Culture Coordinator located in either Melbourne or Sydney. Exceptionally supported and trained by the team, you will have the opportunity to work for an award-winning Intellectual Property firm. This is a permanent, part time role (0.6FTE)
Your Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will contribute to the overall success of FB Rice and provide support services to the P&C team and wider firm. Your role will involve:
- Acting as the first point of contact for operational level queries; escalating matters as required
- Managing an impressive learning & development calendar and
- Assisting with HR information preparation for payroll and working with the internal and/or external team
- Providing general administrative/coordination assistance for all P&C activities; including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, data entry, events and reporting
- Maintaining our internal databases, such as Employee files, OH&S/WHS register and our new HR Information System; Elmo
- Preparation of HR documentation – employment agreements, HR letters, induction packs
Your Training and Skills
To be successful in this role it is a requirement that you have:
- Administration experience, preferably in a professional services firm
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain healthy relationships
- High attention to detail is a must!
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Experience with a Human Resource Information System, specifically Elmo, would be an advantage
