Key Activities:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Analyze trends and metrics and complete all necessary management and Board reporting.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Develop HR policy and provide guidance.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals and work with the management team to evaluate training programs.
- Work with Hiring Managers to manage the recruitment process, including initial screening of candidates, interviews, reference checking and providing employment contracts and offer details.
- Manage all employee process such as Onboarding, Induction & Offboarding and work with Hiring Managers to develop tailored induction programs.
- Manage the relationship with external HR providers (e.g. ACT employee assistance, recruitment agencies) to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions for the business.
