You will be joining a medium-sized company that operates in a blue-collar industry, and that is based in the Sutherland Shire.
Your new role
In this newly created stand-alone P&C Manager role, you will be in charge of:
- Developing succession planning strategies
- Improving processes, including designing a new performance appraisal plan
- Working with the HODs and management, to identify skill gaps and organise training
- Dealing with any disciplinary actions
- Facilitating training
- Managing the HR budget
To be successful in this job, you will need:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, within a similar environment and working in a stand-alone capacity
- Commercial acumen is essential
- The ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in influencing at a senior level, a true leader and motivator
