Your Role
This opportunity doesn’t come around often! We are looking for a P&C Manager with a services, hospitality, retail, fast paced background to come in and own the role. An excellent position for a P&C generalist, who loves a diverse and challenging, truly versatile role across a proud family group.
- Partner with the MD of evo and Haircare Group, their management teams on all aspects of the employee’s lifecycle including; talent acquisition (recruitment), coaching and mentoring, performance management, organisation design and change, remuneration and reward, and talent development.
- Management of any Employment Relations matters for the division/s such as Award interpretation, policies and legislation interpretation and implementation.
- Maintain an intimate knowledge of Modern Awards, Agreements, Workplace Health and Safety and Workers Compensation, company policies and statutory requirements to ensure business compliance.
- Provide guidance, advice, and facilitation support for a range of business change initiatives that promote employee engagement, enhance business practices, and increase productivity.
- Develop and forge strong relationships across the leadership and all relevant stakeholders, building trust and confidence through superior operational delivery.
- Advocating cultural initiatives with other leaders in the business
- Overseeing and ensuring best practice end-to-end employee life cycle process such as onboarding, offboarding, training, inductions, performance management, remuneration reviews and workplace health and safety.
About you:
You are energetic, unphased and possess that ‘can do' attitude that makes a P&C Manager the go-to person. You have five years’ experience ideally at P&C Manager level and confident in a true generalist role across the entire employee lifecycle. This is perfect for a professional looking to be engaged in a role that can utilise their knowledge and experience and have real accountability over outcomes.
