The P&C Services & Systems team has an opportunity for a high achieving, customer focused P&C Services Advisor to join their team providing a range of P&C functions to more than 2,500 permanent and fixed term staff and 4,000 casual staff in a diverse range of professional and academic occupational groups and modes of employment.
This role will be responsible for providing triage, support and training for Services and Payroll staff, responding to service client enquiries, and executive HCM transactional processing, and requires a high level of customer service and a commitment to providing timely and accurate responses.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage conflicting priorities to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are managed, while ensuring all transactions are conducted in line with policies, procedures, and business needs.
You will have a demonstrated ability to deliver services with strong attention to detail and accuracy as you maintain workforce data and process a range of people related transactions, requiring the ability to analyse and interpret information and make recommendations for action.
