We are seeking two experienced People Partners, Clerk Grade 9/10 to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The roles will be based at Sydney Olympic Park with hybrid work options. There will be travel from time to time to other Office of Sport locations.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with the salary range starting from $120,859 up to $133,183 per annum plus 11% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role
The People Partner collaborates closely with key stakeholders to execute impactful people strategies, enhancing business performance and addressing key workforce challenges across the short, medium and long-term.
This role actively delivers operational and strategic HR advice, providing support and guidance to business unit Managers and Directors, fostering and maintaining a high-performing workforce to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

About you
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
· High level knowledge of human resources legislation, policies, practices and strategies.
· Significant experience in one or more Human Resources disciplines such as Recruitment and Selection, Organisation Design or Organisational Development.
· Experience in implementing client focused human resource strategies, programs and services.
· An applied knowledge of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.

Essential Requirements
· Extensive knowledge of and experience in, the use of human resources management information systems (HRMIS).
· Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources, Organisational Design and Development or Similar, or equivalent experience in a partnering or HR role.
· Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
