We are looking for a Performance Manager, Enterprise Change who will be responsible for supporting the overall performance of our Enterprise Change function, and will adopt a human-centred approach to analyse our data to building stories and organisational-strategies that improve overall change and transformation outcomes.
You’ll report to the Performance Lead, Centre of Excellence, and work with a team of highly experienced and passionate individuals across our Enterprise Change Team, and Group Strategy & Transformation division.
Role Location: Australia (Hybrid) - Based in 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Role Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Support the Performance Lead to drive operational excellence of the Enterprise Change Team and the quality of change delivery across the ANZ group.
Analyse and Report: Lead in analysing enterprise-wide change health, performance reporting, insights, and dashboards.
Data Analysis and Visualisation: Build cutting-edge visualisations and dashboards of ECT trends, insights, and digitise current approaches and tools for better insights and actions.
Enterprise Change Risk Analysis: Collate and analyse program-level risks to identify emerging themes, insights and actions to uplift change management maturity and delivery.
Enterprise Change Efficiency Analysis: Examine change management across the enterprise to identify areas for efficiency gains.
Enterprise Change Analysis: Use data to perform deep-dive analyses on the cumulative impact of change initiatives across the organisation
Continuous Improvement: Identify thematic improvements and incorporate them into change management, project management, and business management frameworks and approaches.
Strategic Recommendations: Utilise data from HR, programs and other sources to develop actionable insights and recommendations for refining project and change methodologies, and to increase change fitness and outcomes.

- Ability to analyse complex data sets to derive actionable insights
- Capacity for strategic planning and thinking to improve change management methodologies and practices
- Proven track record in data analysis, with experience turning large data sets into actionable business insights
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and address capability gaps and efficiency issues
- Creativity and innovation in applying new technologies and methodologies in change management
- Proven ability to influence large and complex global businesses
- Commercial acumen, experience working closely with senior stakeholders, program teams, and change management professionals
- Experience in conducting benchmarking analysis against industry standards to identify areas for improvement
- Experience in data analysis methodologies, management, tooling, and visualization
- Experience with data-driven Change Management industry developments, trends, and research
- Tertiary qualification in data or behavioural sciences, or relevant work experience
