Permits Officer

Public Sector People are working closely with a council east of the CBD to recruit a Permits Officer. 

Key Responsibilities - 

• Review permit applications. These will include but are not limited to, parking permits, animal permits and filming permits.
• Produce high-quality permit conditions 
• Manage incoming and outbound phone calls for the department. 

What we are looking for -

• Strong customer service experience and great phone manner. 
• Experience issuing permits 
• A sound knowledge or ability to gain the knowledge of relevant Acts, Regulations and Local Laws relating to the functions and responsibilities of the Civic Services Department
• TechOne experience is beneficial
