Administration Assistant to General Manager / PA

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager
- Manage GM's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Act as a liaison between GM and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the GM.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
