The Personal Assistant role plays a proactive role in supporting the success of assigned senior leaders within the Customer team, providing coordination and administrative assistance to enable team performance. The successful candidate will be organised and energetic and will seek to understand of the operations of the Customer function and proactively contribute to its success through day-to-day duties and support for assigned projects based on strategic priorities.
This role involves supporting daily team operations that contribute to the team success including producing and managing reports and presentations and liaising with the leadership team and stakeholders. It also entails involves managing diaries and coordinating meetings, both internal and external, which includes booking rooms, preparing materials, and confirming attendee. Additionally, the role requires providing administrative support to meet the needs of the assigned teams and customer business requirements.
A bit about you
This role requires an individual who is proactive, highly energetic, organised and digitally proficient, comfortable in communicating with people at all levels in the organisation, and who has with the ability to adapt to different approaches and suggest and implement improvements.
The ideal candidate should have good experience in providing administrative support for senior management in a complex matrix organisation with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, setting agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on actions to meetings, as well as developing new processes and improving existing ones. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
