Personal Assistant

WellsGray Recruitment currently have an outstanding opportunity working with one of Melbourne's largest healthcare providers located in St Kilda Road.

You must have previous experience, either as a PA or EA, possess a "can do" and flexible attitude and commit to the length of the assignment.

Personal Assistant to the Clinical Services Director
From 15th April - 30th June
St Kilda Road - Healhcare

Core duties:

• Complex diary management
• Formatting documentation, reports and presentations
• Manage department supplies
• Email management
• Meeting management including collation of agendas, minute taking and presentations

Skills and experience :

• Previous experience as an EA/PA is essential - preferably within a health setting
• Ability to prioritise your own workflow
• Intermediate computer skills - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
