We are a small family owned remedial waterproofing company running jobs across multiple states along the east coast of Australia. States include New South Wales, Queensland and Canberra. We complete a lot a high end government projects. We work closely with Engineers, Architects and Remedial Consultants. We are looking for someone to help out with the work load of planning and paperwork. A lot of our projects requires extensive documentation preparation. We also need someone to assist with day to day tasks including: - Going through emails and responding accordingly - Doing research - Staying on top of appointments and meeting schedules - Preparing quotes and getting information off plans

Tasks & responsibilities
- Effective management of daily tasks including meetings, appointments and running jobs.
- Undertake research and summarizing information for quick review for directors.
- Manage and stay on top of emails and responding accordingly. Liaising with directors regarding emails coming in.
- Coordinate with team members, suppliers, builders, other clientele accordingly or as directed.
- Assist with travel arrangements and ensuring appointments or bookings are met.
- Manage documentation, filing and other admin tasks along side with admin director.
- Assisting with Quotes and getting information off plans.
- Preparing documentation as per project requirements.
