Personal Assistant to the Clinical Services Director
From 15th April - 8 weeks
St Kilda Road - Healhcare
Core duties:
- Complex diary management
- Formatting documentation, reports and presentations
- Manage department supplies
- Email management
- Meeting management including collation of agendas, minute taking and presentations
Skills and experience :
- Previous experience as an EA/PA is essential - preferably within a health setting
- Ability to prioritise your own workflow
- Intermediate computer skills - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
