About the Role
John Holland have recently been awarded an Iconic large water infrastructure project based in Werribee, VIC.
We’re currently in the design and planning phase and are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our project team. Reporting into our Project Director, you'll be responsible for supporting in all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the Project Director, including diary management, client communication, project events and activities and preparation of project reports amongst other duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate management diaries, which will include scheduling and calendar planning
- Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the management team
- Prepare, review and disseminate internal and external reports
- Draft and disseminate correspondence for management personnel, including the use of online data management systems
- Complete office management duties as required
- Maintain commercial registers
- Develop and maintain records management systems, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to- date and stored safely
- Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices and purchase requisitions.
