Whites ATS is looking for a Personal Assistant who thrives on providing high level administration support work. The position is part-time with the scope to grow too full-time. We have just moved into a new building which provides a fantastic work environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with organising the Director’s work schedules, including managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Workflow management assistance.
- Administration Duties
- Proofread, format and create documents to a high standard.
- Reckon, Quickbooks & Xero, data entry.
- Handling ATO Correspondence with Director
Skills & Requirements
- Highly organised, professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks within time frames.
- Excellent communication and customer skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information
- High degree of motivation and initiative
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in the finance sector is preferred
- Exceptional computer skills
