Office Administrator 

We’re a mindset training company /online store based in Lithgow, Central West NSW and we support Coaches, Trainers, Leaders and their Organisations with a range of psychometric measures and development resources.

At the moment it’s just me, the Founder and a few offshore contract colleagues , and I’m seeking someone closer to home who is strong on admin and operations to allow me to focus on delivery , sales and content creation .

Since it's a part time role (probably 20-25 hours per week) You’re likely to be a return-to-work parent, primary carer, student or potentially retired but experienced administrator.

We don't yet have an office so it's a work from home role but with regular and inclusive contact. Ideally you will live somewhere from Bathurst to the Mid Mountains so we can meet face to face every once in a while.

About the Role

Reporting to the Founder and Owner ie me, You will be responsible for managing the operations of the business which encompass most aspects of administration, marketing including websites and CRM maintenance, research, some phone calls , and generally assisting me to build the business .

This opportunity is a permanent, part-time position, ideally 20-25 hours per week ,4-5 days a week with flexible start and finish times.

It would really make the role more enjoyable if you were interested in psychology, sport or personal growth. 

Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Build and maintain positive rapport with me and contractors (developer and social media manager) and our key suppliers and clients. A positive can do mindset and personable approach are essential .
  • Manage our office and marketing platforms and ensure we get the most out of them ie Canva, Microsoft 365, Hootsuite, Groundhogg etc You don't need to know these, but you need to know how to learn them quickly.
  • Manage the delivery of our psychological measures through our online store.
  • Design, format and send our monthly newsletter and our marketing collateral on request. 
  • Maintain the completeness and accuracy of our Groundhogg CRM .
  • Work alongside myself and our external Social Media Manager coordinating the production of content especially videos and blogs for our social media channels.
  • Managing 2-3 of our social media channels
  • Cataloguing all of our content for easy access 

About You

You will have all or majority of the following skills and attributes:

  • 2 – 5 years in a similar role 
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. 
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and maintain a friendly, professional demeanour when working under pressure and meeting changing priorities.
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive and resourceful approach in taking responsibility for the running and management of our brands and service lines under the Mental Toughness Authority business.
  • Experience in organising workshops and meetings, including preparation and distribution of information and follow ups to delegates. 
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and other platforms such as Canva.
