YOUR ROLE
We're looking for a Personal Assistant who has experience providing outstanding support; intuitive enough to pre-empt issues and remaining one step ahead of the game. You are a skilled relationship-builder and able to confidently engage with many different people. You enjoy learning about the business and understanding how you can add value and work with us to achieve our goals. Your communication skills will really come to the forefront, as you work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and ensure that all work is handled efficiently and accurately.
This role is available as hybrid, based either in Sydney or Melbourne
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this exciting new role, you will be an experienced, high performing Personal Assistant, who is agile, logical and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:
- Experience of carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks and functions within an office environment
- Effective workload management and timely delivery of commitments
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including strong presentation and spreadsheet skills
- High degree of confidentiality
- Proactive thinking and the ability to multi-task
It's high-energy and busy, but with your solid experience of providing support at a similar level, you'll take it in your stride and excel at developing the role and making it yours.
